Terms of Service

I've Got Tools is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects tool owners with renters in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide the platform and payment processing; we are not a party to the rental agreement between owners and renters. Owners are responsible for the condition and safe operation of their tools; renters are responsible for returning tools in the condition received. Disputes over damage may result in capture of the refundable deposit or a Damage Protection claim. Full terms, liability limitations, prohibited items, and dispute procedures to be completed with counsel.
